stick pepperoni, diced
3 cups
(head) cauliflower florets
3 cups
(head) broccoli florets
2 cups
grated carrots
2 cups diced
Monterey jack (or mozzarella) cheese
3-4 green
onions diced
1 large can
of small black olives (sliced)
1 large
bottle of Zesty Italian (or any oil/vinegar dressing)
Toss, chill
and serve cold (even better the next day!)
